It's completely irrelevant how it works, my question was very, very
simple, is this output:
> ID_SID_0_LANG=de
always correct, yes or no?
If no, the simple patch is incomplete since it does not fix this issue.
If yes, setting dvdsub_id to the correct value should be trivial and
work the same way for mplayer and mencoder.
