[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] moved vorbis_* to ogg_stream

I made the mistake to add vorbis_info and vorbis_comment to ogg_demuxer_t,
while they are audio-track specific thus they belong to ogg_stream_t.
This patch does it.
If no one objets I'll commit tomorrow.
