[MPlayer-dev-eng] [Patch] mplayer crashes if -vf rectangle=0:0:0:0 is used

Hi,

Mplayer crashes for me if you use 0 for the width or the height of the
rectangle that is shown with -vf rectangle.

The attached patch simply doesn't draw the rectangle if either the
height or the width is 0.
