[MPlayer-dev-eng] Stream http patch

I suggest the attached patch.
I don't know if this is the right solution.
But the reason I send this patch is that the http asf stream does not work
when the server send content type application/octet-stream. With this patch
everything looks ok.If there is a better solution please send me a patch, I
will be glad to test it.
