[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] event notification layer

Hi,

I'd like to apply the following patch that adds a notification layer to MPlayer
(through fifo) that can be used by frontends to retrieve information and player status.
It's the output equivalent of -input file=input_fifo and so can be used
through -event file=output_fifo.
It should be particularly useful with idle/slave mode.
