[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] make vo_directx honor -screenw/-screenh

Hello,

Attached is a simple patch to make vo_directx honor the
-screenw/-screenh options.  I require this because my new dual-head
display isn't treated like one on win2k.  If I had XP, I'd have two
logical displays and I'd use -adapter.  However, the win2k version of my
video driver just calls my display mode "2048x768".  So video is all
at the wrong aspect and fullscreen takes up both screens.  With this
patch and "screenw=1024" in my config file, all is as it should be.
The second hunk fixes windowed mode, but the first hunk is also required
to get fullscreen to stay on only one display.
