[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] double click to switch to full screen in GUI

Hello,

I've added a quick way to switch to full screen : double click in output 
window.
This shortcut is well known since most other media players (and image 
viewers) already use it.
So I think MPlayer should also have it.

I've included the patch as attachment.
