[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] seeking to chapters refactored

This patch moves to a dedicated function in demuxer.c the code
to seek to chapters with the added possibility to resort to the stream 
reader
when necessary (I added a new STREAM_CTRL for this case, that 
stream_dvd[nav]
will use).

The behaviour of the seeking itself is unchanged wrt to the code 
currently in cvs.
If no one objects I'll commit this patch tomorrow.
