I'd hope so, myself. In the interim, however, I'd probably argue that we
should either document them as "disabled" or remove them - comment them
out, at least, if not delete them entirely - so that they are not
reported by the configure process.

Acknowledged. Sorry for having not gotten to it in the meantime, I've
hit procrastination again (in combination with the sudden opportunity to
do a couple of other things I've wanted to get done for awhile).
