[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix -subcc for TiVo streams

A few months ago I submitted a patch to mplayer's bugzilla to fix the
-subcc option for TiVo streams. This also allows the separate
reception of XDS data as well as closed captions.

I was wondering if anyone could look into applying the two small
patches in the bugzilla report to the tree.
