Somebody please test the attached patch, it implements the key frame
detection with the new method for all vp*. The search is enabled not
only for vp3* and vp6*, but also for vp5* (vp5 was ignored in the old
version).
The method is right based on available vp3 and vp6 docs, i have no doc
about vp5.

Works with my sample files and a vp6 stream, please test with others.

I'll apply in a few days if nobody complain.
