[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] use font cache to speed ass font load speed.

Mplayer will take a lot of time load fonts when using libass, If there 
are a lot of fonts in ~/.mplayer/fonts/.
This patch generate font cache in ~/.mplayer/fonts/ when needed
