I just checked the last version, and you know, all the bugs I described
still present.. I.e. no "spu colors" with gl2:yuv= targets, the same color
bugs with xvidix, and the pre-glow of menu elements when going from
movie to menu ("spu coloring" displayed before actual menu appears).

Additionally, some things are behaving wrong. I tested two dvds this
time, "Mean Girls" and "IJ and the last crusade". On first, you should
be able to choose audio or subtitles from the main menu, but on choosing
"subtitles" button menu doesn't change at all. Colored cursor, however,
represents new invisible menu now, and you can navigate through it. The
interesting thing is that you can choose "audio" button, it works, and
you can go to "subtitles" menu from there too. It's displayed correctly
this way!

The problem with IJ dvd (probably present with any disc in the series,
since menus are the same. Note that I have PAL release, but I guess NTSC
is almost the same, besides lower resolution) is that animation isn't
displayed when choosing "set up" or "scene selection" buttons. Instead,
new menu is displayed immediately but 2 sec or so slowdown is
experienced before you can actually choose anything.
When playing in xine, it playbacks several seconds of animation and then
displays menu, slowdown also present, but it's not that long, less than
second.
