[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Use XScreenSaverSuspend if supported

Hi,

X.org 7.1 will feature a new function called, XScreenSaverSuspend which can 
suspend/resume screensavers. This is way more better than the current hacks 
we have. The patch is by Fredrik Höglund  ( fredrik at kde.org ), I am 
proxying for him since he is not subscribed.
