[MPlayer-dev-eng] Mplayer and GTK+: Character display problems

hi all,

  I am using cvs versin of Mplayer with GTK+ GUI. The locale is zh_CN.gbk. It
seems that chinese character cannot be displayed with the following warnings:

(<unknown>:9288): Pango-WARNING **: Invalid UTF-8 string passed to
pango_layout_set_text()

I think the strings may be needed to convert to UTF8 by g_locale_to_utf8 before
drawing on GUI. Please help! Thanks!
