Hey guys,

Sorry I haven't replied yet, I'm lacking an internet connection until
October. My friend has kindly let me use his for a little while. :)

I did have a fix for this pipelined as it was possibly also going to
be required for lavc mpeg-4 profiles. I'll have a look at what has
been done when I get my new connection up and running and can get back
to work on that patch. It's almost finished, it just needs a bit of
testing, documenting and such as it was very similar to the XviD
patch.
