Well, duh, you're outputting to /dev/null ... The only bottleneck in -ovc 
copy is the HD. And personally I do have a use for -ovc frameno, when i 
really just want to rip the audio. -of rawaudio is not good enough. but 
frameno.avi is useless imo.
