[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] verbosity reduction

First I am not a developer, I also say that verbosity should not be
removed. I like the verbosity of mplayer, it helps me work out problems
when I play files so that I can attempt to fix it with the proper
option changes. PLEASE don't remove verbosity from regular playing. If
you want to remove some from verbose mode go ahead, I don't care about
that as I never use it.
