On the contrary, this is the single best way to spot a user with a broken
marillat binary, he often compiles i586 packages with MMX, K6 packages
with SSE, and other strange things, which of course just crashes for
alot of people :-)

Compared to xine, MPlayer isn't that verbose at all :-)
(atleast last time I checked)
