[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] libdvdcss upgrade

Hey,

I noticed that a new version of libdvdcss is out.  They have
incorporated a good deal of our changes which I sent them some time ago.

Here is a patch that syncs our included libdvdcss with the latest
release.  Please give this a spin as I could only test it on PPC.  I cut
out changes to the copyright notices etc to reduce the patch size, upon
committing these will of course be updated as well.

I intend to merge this in the near future if no problems arise unless
somebody raises some objections.
