AFAIK --enable-* options are supposed to skip any autodetection,
so this "fix" breaks our documented functionality of configure.
Not to mention purely cosmetic changes in this patch.

If you want to enable libavcodec with autodetection, simply don't put
any options in the command line, neither --disable nor --enable.
