[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] More miscellaneous -identify output

Updated patch. Removed VCD and audio CD stuff.

Prints -identify output for:
- numbers of titles, chapters, and angles on a DVD;
- video codec of the current file;
- signal numbers;
- demuxer help header.
