Firstly, sorry about the HTML e-mail. Gmail changed their settings or something.

Reimar's code doesn't work for any cqm lists here, whether they're
correctly written or not. It reverts to JVT, which is the case if the
first coefficient is 0 if I'm not mistaken.

My code works but doesn't deal with abnormal (non-numeric, non-comma)
characters in the list.
