[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] demuxers: move resync_audio_stream call to demuxer.c

As was discussed on #mplayerdev, I split Reimar's patch in two,
one for seeking and the other for switch_audio, resyncing
conditionally in the latter.

The +extern void resync_audio_stream(sh_audio_t *sh_audio);
part is duplicate, so if you apply both patches, remove it from
one of them.
