There are a lot of printfs all over the code that should be converted to
mp_msg at some point (except for imported external libraries).  This
should be a good starting point.  There are also some output drivers
that have not yet been converted to use the suboption parser IIRC.

I think around here shell, gcc and vi/emacs are the tools of choice...
