Maybe it's time for the neu-team to disband itself.
 - having failed to revolutionalize unix media development by creating G2
   (due to utter laziness)
 - doing *nothing creative* for the past *2* years by yourselves
 - fixing no outstanding bugs
 - failing to find at least a single, capable unix administrator to install
and maintain the server, because the whole neu-team consists of babbling
idiots, and for 99% of them, unix administration means linux, kde, and apt-get
 - failing to install the new server, probably it's a warez server by now :)
 - failing to establish release management
 - ..therefore the last stable release is more than a fucking YEAR old
 - failing to stop mplayer (G1)'s constant quality degradation by not
creating strict code management. Everyone is just pointing at some other
guy in the other side of the world.

In two years, MPlayer will be history, as I predicted long ago. :(
