I think it was said already, but: I'd like to keep the "CPUflags" and
"compiled for" lines, because the kind of crashes it causes is hard to
find out without it (and a lot of people just do not send verbose
output). Also it says when runtime CPU detection was used, which can be
a reason for poor performance.
I do not know if this patch addresses this, but :
MPlayer currently produces two empty lines after this, IMHO they should
be removed and replaced by a single empty line always before "Playing
...". Currently it's quite hard to find out what it's actually playing
*g*
