Hi.
This fixes tons of warnings similar to:
demuxer.c:724: warning: format '%ld' expects type 'long int', but argument 5 has type 'int'
demuxer.c:724: warning: format '%ld' expects type 'long int', but argument 6 has type 'int'
and uses PRI*64 macros for off_t type.
