[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Correct optimization for C3

Hi,

Attached fixed several pitfalls in configure about VIA C3. It does the
following:

1. Remove _mmx2=no line. C3-2 DOES support MMX2 by supporting SSE.
2. Assign iproc=586 for C3 and iproc=686 for C3-2.
3. Treat C3 like K6 and C3-2 like P3 if -march=c3/-march=c3-2 won't work.
