octet-stream is exactly the reason for this bug, not the other two I'm afraid.
Now HTTP1 will see octet-stream as raw http files and always treat it
as "normal" http files, leaving no chance for ASF_STREAM for another
try. With my patch applied true asf stream with the content type
octet-stream will be handled correctly by ASF_STREAM, while "normal"
http files with this content type will fall back to HTTP2. So nothing
actually gets changed except that the bug is fixed. Why not commit?:-)
