not a technical problem, i had to shutdown all unofficial servers at
the uni for some time, including mphq. i left mphq up but only mail & cvs
running, until neu-mphq is up. www is redirected to www2 mirror.

and it seems to be an endless wait. (maybe an infitine loop? :))
