[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] improvement of smb:// feature, creation of stream_smb.c

This patch add the seeking in smb file feature, repairs the stream API
for smb and it cleans some code in open.c and stream.c.

It _should_ be possible to write a file via smb://, but it's not tested.

There is still a bug with files larger than 4gb, but it seems to be
due to libsmbclient, and corrected in the new release (according to
samba devs)
