It works for me even if i don't change the module name to premiere
(linux 2.5.10, P4 2.4m gcc3.3.6, debian unstable). Can you please (and
others) check it? I prefer not to change it if not needed, to avoid
breaking something else.

Btw the dll contains a string saying "The Fraps video
decompressor requires a processor with SSE instructions", so it's ok if
it crashes on non-sse processor.
