Faking the module name to be Premiere, the decoder does the init,
however mplayer says a lot of errors in decoding frames.
The module name check is made against:
(first is uppercased then using strstr)

PREMIERE
BINK
VEDITOR

if the module is not in these the driver will crash without the init


a simple patch is attached
