[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] vorbis extradata handlilng fixed

Hi,
this patch fixes the way vorbis extradata is passed from demux_ogg and 
demux_mkv to ad_libvorbis.
Now ad_libvorbis parses data read from sh->wf+1 in the format that 
matroska uses natively,
so demux_mkv was simplified and demux_ogg was patched accordingly.

If no one objects I'll commit tomorrow.
