[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] move mpeg probing code to demux_mpg.c

This patch moves all mpeg* probing code from demuxer.c to demux_mpg.c, 
where it really belongs.
If no one objects I'll commit in a couple of days.

P.S. this is the first step to clean demux_mpg.c, which is in a sad 
state and unnecessarily
complicated.
