[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Support layers 1 and 2 in mp3 demuxer

This patch adds support for mpeg audio layers 1/2 to the existing mp3 
demuxer.

Successfully tested with mp3s and mp2s, but I don't have mp1s.

Since the mp3 demuxer broke so many times (I understand why now) I will
wait explicit approval before committing, so help me to test more 
samples and
report problems, please.
