[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] support for more codecs in demux_mpg.c

Hi,
this patch parses the PSM (if present) in mpeg-ps files and assigns to 
sh_video
and sh_audio the appropriate format (if known).
This permits to play mpeg4, h264 and aac in mpeg-ps files generated by 
mencoder
and tcvp (maybe soon vlc).

Successfully tested with mpeg4+mp2 and the previously supported formats 
(PS/ES).

If no one object I will commit tomorrow night.
