yes, this doesnt look good, rejected
if u really want to suppress the warning then simply add the 3 prototypes to 
the c file, or send some patch which move them to avformat.h and gives them 
some nice prefix + doxygen doc or propose some better/different system for 
the codec_id<->codec_tag system
