[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Enable libpng detection on MinGW with libpng built as DLL

Hi.

This patch enables libpng detection when building against DLL's on MinGW.
png_libpng_ver doesn't get exported in the dll (it's commented out in the 
.def file).
Although I have not tested it (other than MinGW), there is no reason it 
should break builds on other platforms.
