[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Multiple mplayer instances using ao_jack

I decided to try out JACK and noticed that jackd wouldn't allow multiple
mplayer instances to connect because they all use the same client
string.  So this trivial patch just adds the pid to the client string.
Simple fix and works fine.
