i strongly agree that new bugzilla entries and changes must be sent to some 
ML, and i also think that -users would be a bad choice

IMHO its very important to be able to reply to a message on the bug-ML list, 
because many developers will IMHO not reply at all if they would have to 
login and write the reply through a annoying web interface
IMHO its also very imporant to be able to change, close, ... the bug with such 
an email reply
