[MPlayer-dev-eng] patch for mencoder

Hi,

Applied the mencoder.c patch. The Live.Com support in MPlayer is
maintained by the Live.com author. Could you send him that change? I'm
sure he'll apply it, but at least he knows that code, while we dont.

Maybe someone else on the list could comment it.
