[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] CQMs in x264

I've just had a quick stare at the patch again in case I had any more
ideas and I thought I'd test it a bit more before Loren responds to
say it's OK to commit.

Using the CQM file mode and outputting to a raw stream, then
multiplexing into mp4 with gpac allows me to decode the file correctly
using either the Ateme or Nero decoders. I understand that you guys
probably don't have access to these decoders and so can't currently
test CQM decoding as there is no *nix/BSD/whatever CQM decoder as far
as I know. However, if I encode using the CQM file mode and output to
an AVI the file does not play using the aforementioned decoders. Do
you have any idea why this might be? It works for the JVT and flat
modes.

I have altered the second flag of mp_msg to MSGL_INFO as I think this
output is possibly more appropriate. I have also added a message to
say that the CQM has loaded properly, for peace of mind.

Please find an updated patch attached.

Kind regards,
Robert Swain
