[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] CQMs in x264

Hello again,

I have written a small patch to add a CQM option to x264 in MEncoder.

Usage:
cqm=<value> (flat, jvt or file,<filename>)
Use a predefined custom quantization matrix or load a JM format
matrix file.
NOTE: Files produced using CQMs are not currently decodable by MPlayer.

Please find the patch attached. (You should be able to apply with 'patch -p0
< mplayer.x264.cqm.1.diff'.) I've added the above usage description to the
English man documentation. I think the indentation and formatting is OK this
time. ;)

I know CQMs have been available to XviD in MEncoder for quite a while. Is
there any neat workaround anyone can think of to solve the reserved
character, ':', and absolute Windows path problem?

Comments welcome.

Kind regards,
Robert Swain
