[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Maybe fix gcc4 for problems on amd64 without breaking other arches

Hi,

Attached patch ( which looks over-simple ) fixes gcc4 problems on  amd64 for 
me and -vf scale seems to work fine too ( tried with -vf scale=640:480 
foo.mpeg ) but I have no idea about asm code there so not sure if it  
modifies dstWidth in the asm code ( which would make this patch obsolete ) . 
Please test/comment.
