[MPlayer-dev-eng] strange fullscreen behavior in vo_macosx

Hello

at some point after version 1.46, the fullscreen mode in vo_macosx
got broken - as in, it appears in a fullsize _window_, complete with
the window bar on top and out-of-screen bottom.

Is it on purpose, and if so, how do I get back the old (useful :-)
behavior (other than cvs up -r 1.46 :-) ? If not, then I can try and
track the problematic change...
