[MPlayer-dev-eng] codecs.conf / tsccvid.dll

hi,
i'm sorry to bother you, but i dont know where to send this.

this is a bug report regarding the codecs.conf... 

i had problems playing videos encoded with the fourcc TSCC,tscc at 32bit depth...

the problem was solved with adding bgr32 in the out-line of the codec in the codecs.conf

my question is: where can i report this? is tsccvid.dll installed by the mplayer-release or some other package?
