Your can fetch Apple GCC's from their CVS:

$ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at anoncvs.opensource.apple.com:/cvs/root login
Password: anonymous
$ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at anoncvs.opensource.apple.com:/cvs/root -z6 \
       co gcc3

You'd then have to compile it, but given how powerful PowerPCs are, you
won't even have time to drink up some coffee.
