[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] configurable bg alpha & color for vobsubs

Hi there!

I cloned the "-sub-bg-alpha" and "-sub-bg-color" command line options
for the SPU (VobSub) subtitles.

The new options are "-spu-bg-alpha" and "-spu-bg-alpha".

Now I can put a nice opaque gray box around the hardly readable DVD
subtitles: 

mplayer -spu-bg-alpha=128 -spu-bg-color=16 -slang hun dvd://
